The Y Factor undertook a pilot project to work in a variety of youth work settings across Ireland with the objective of developing a module and a set of resources that can be used to facilitate discussion and learning on gender equality suitable for youth work. 

Below, please find our Toolkit which emerged as a result of that pilot: 'Through The Looking Glass: A Guide to Empowering Young People to Become Advocates for Gender Equality'. We hope that this can support you in your work with young people around gender equality and in embedding gender conscious youth work into your organisations.
